We ship Australia wide. Please add items to your cart to check if there is a delivery cost applicable to your postcode.

Items in stock will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in 2 business days. Pick up is available from our Melbourne warehouse unless otherwise indicated in the product information.

Estimated Shipping times from date of dispatch:

  • Metro Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra – 2-3 business days
  • Metro Brisbane – 3-4 business days
  • Metro Adelaide – 4-6 business days
  • Metro Perth – 5-7 business days
  • All other areas – between 5-10 business days

You will receive a text message before delivery.

Standard Delivery
A Standard Delivery is by a driver who is delivering on their own. This driver may need assistance in getting the item off the truck.

Two Man Delivery
A Two Man delivery will occur with a driver and assistant that will help get the item off the truck. A surcharge for this service will apply.

Please note, all deliveries are kerbside, that is, Ground Floor only. White Glove Service or additional VIP services such as rubbish removal or other services not offered in the Standard or Two Man services can be arranged, please contact us to find out the details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQS

I DO NOT LIVE IN MELBOURNE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DELIVERY TO ARRIVE?

This will be dependant on the item purchased and your exact location. We do our best to have orders dispatched within 1-2 working days. 90% of our customers receive their order within 3-7 working days in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth. Delivery times do vary depending on the item selected and your location. Some items take longer which is noted on the item within the store and also dependant on where you are located.

Which days do you deliver?

Standard Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm. A quote for weekend deliveries may be arranged depending on delivery address and courier availability in Melbourne.

Can I pick up the item from your warehouse?

You are most welcome to pick up the item from our Melbourne warehouse, and it is FREE. However, Pickups are only available Monday-Friday and by appointment only. Our warehouse is located in Braeside, VIC.

How do I know the delivery cost for my order?

Most orders to major cities and over $250 have free shipping. However, outlying areas may incur a delivery surcharge. All shipping costs are worked out by our postage calculator at checkout so there won’t be any unforeseen charges. Alternatively, contact our showroom for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

What should I do if the goods delivered to me were damaged?

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods once they arrive and report any damages within 24 hours of receipt of goods. An image and description will be required by email so that we can organise a replacement if applicable. The Alfresco Life will bear the delivery cost for replacements only if the claim is lodged within 24 hours receipt of goods. Any claims after 24 hours will be treated as a warranty claim and the buyer will have to pay for replacement delivery cost.
